Privacy policy

Mintaka Sàrl ('we') processes personal data in connection with the operation of this website. This policy describes what data is collected, for what purposes, and what your rights are, in accordance with Swiss law (nLPD) and the GDPR where applicable.

Data processed

When you use this site, we may process: (a) technical data (IP address, user agent, pages visited, timestamp) for security and aggregated statistics; (b) information you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, message). We do not perform any automated profiling for decisions concerning you.

Purposes

Data is processed for: (1) answering your contact requests; (2) ensuring the operation, security, and improvement of the site; (3) meeting our legal obligations. No data is used for direct marketing without explicit consent.

Tacticat and Enlistia customer accounts

When you create an account to subscribe to a Mintaka Product (Tacticat or Enlistia), we process your professional identification and contact data (name, email, company details) as data controller, for account management, billing, security, proof of contract conclusion, abuse prevention, and the commercial relationship. This processing is distinct from what we carry out as processor on behalf of our clients with respect to their own end users (see art. 8 of the General Terms and the applicable Data Processing Agreement).

Retention period

Contact data is retained for the duration of processing your request, then archived for the legally required period. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, or deletion of your data, as well as the restriction or opposition of its processing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. If our reply does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Access to data is limited to persons who need it for the purposes described above.
